Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used personal care products (bath soaks, essential oils, worn compression socks)
• Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence
• Items without original packaging or missing components
• Gift cards

How to Return

Contact us at a2therapies@outlook.com or (253) 844-4247 to initiate a return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

• Expedited (3-5 days): $12.99

Carriers

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size and destination. Tracking provided via email once shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us within 7 days of estimated delivery at a2therapies@outlook.com. We file a carrier claim and arrange replacement or refund.

Large Items

Inversion tables, vibration platforms, and sauna cabins may require freight shipping. You will be contacted to schedule delivery.
