Return and Refund Policy

1. RETURN WINDOW
   You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. 
   Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories 
   included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these 
   conditions.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
   The following items cannot be returned:
   • Opened or used personal care products (bath soaks, essential oils, 
     compression socks that have been worn)
   • Items damaged through customer misuse or negligence
   • Items without original packaging or missing components
   • Gift cards

3. HOW TO RETURN
   Contact us at a2therapies@outlook.com or (253) 844-4247 to initiate a 
   return. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and 
   return instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be refused.

4. REFUND PROCESSING
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 
   7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 
   Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error 
   (damaged or incorrect item).

5. EXCHANGES
   We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, 
   please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
   If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of 
   delivery at a2therapies@outlook.com with photos of the damage. We will 
   arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. CANCELLATIONS
   Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet 
   shipped. After 2 hours, the order enters our fulfillment process and cannot 
   be cancelled, but you may return it under this policy.
